Where can I track my order?
You have received tracking number, you can track your order using following link: the Tracking Page below or http://parcelsapp.com/en/
If you have not received tracking number, please request it by sending an email to contactvalhallavikings@gmail.com, don't forget to include your order number.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at a time they will be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
