In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE THAT GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CLOTHING CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED IN THE EVENT THAT EITHER THE PRINTING OR THE GARMENT ITSELF IS FAULTY. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us but no additional charge is made for shipping replacement items out to you.

When returning items back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your own protection.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and include this number both inside the parcel and also on the shipping label. Returns sent in without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Once your return is received and checked we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. Any funds due back will then be credited to your original payment method. This will typically appear on your statement within 2-3 business days of being authorized by us.

We are here to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please file a claim within 30 days of delivery and we will take it back! Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping fee is non-refundable!

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us quickly as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If an order has not been processed yet, we will cancel it.
